AmaZulu FC Reserve Coach Ronnie Moroka has heaped praise on PSL Reserve League sponsor, Multichoice for playing their part in unearthing talent in South African football.
The 49 year old tactician was speaking at the Multichoice Diski Challenge Festival press launch on 06 September at Moses Mabhida Stadium ahead of Saturday’s match against Orlando Pirates Reserves. The opening clash will be played at Sugar Xulu Stadium at 12pm.
“Regarding AmaZulu participating in the MDC, it’s one of those great opportunities. The MDC has become one of the major tournaments in the country. I think a lot of people outside of the country are also wishing to have something like this.”
“For us as AmaZulu to participate in the MDC is good because it is part of development, it gives us an opportunity to integrate the youngsters with the professionals, and to show case what we can do. We’re able to also test whether what we are doing is in line with development,” said Moroka.
