Ayanda Dlamini joins Vukusic as assistant coach

The club has moved quickly to appoint Reserve Coach Ayanda Dlamini (35) as assistant coach to Jozef Vukusic following the departure of Mabhuti Khenyeza.

AmaZulu General Manager Lunga Sokhela confirmed the elevation of the former striker into the first team with immediate effect.

“Ayanda Dlamini has already been playing a dual role at the club, coaching and training the MDC side while also playing a part in the first team technical staff.”

“He’ll now be playing a more active role alongside the head coach which now will be about helping to steer the team towards safety in the log.” Said Sokhela.

Nhlanhla Zwane (37) will also be involved more actively in the Reserve side where Dlamini will be occupied with first team duties.

My concern is to save the club from religation. To do that the management and coaches as well as the players must work together. It is possible to avoid religation. Team work must be motivated. I am the supporter I decree the decree that Usuthu is not going down but is rising above challenges in Jesus Christ name. I pray amen
