Usuthu take aim at Highlands Park

AmaZulu FC will travel to the Makhulong Stadium where they are scheduled to face Highlands Park in an Absa Premiership on Tuesday.

Kick-off is at 19h30 CAT.

Usuthu were held to a 0-0 draw by Orlando Pirates 0-0 at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Tuesday, August 20.

As a result, AmaZulu are placed 16th on the league standings with one point from three matches.

Usuthu head coach Cavin Johnson will be looking to mastermind a victory over Highlands Park.

Meanwhile, Highlands Park were held to a 1-1 draw by Black Leopards at the Thohoyandou Stadium on Saturday, August 24.

The Lions of the North are placed 11th on the league standings with two points from three matches.

In head-to-head stats, Highlands and AmaZulu have met in just two previous top-flight matches.

Both encounters took place last season, with Usuthu winning 2-1 at Makhulong Stadium in November 2018 thanks to goals from Siyabonga Nomvethe and Emiliano Tade, while the return game in January 2019 ended 0-0.
