Mhlengi Cele grabbed a late equalizer for AmaZulu in an action-packed KwaZulu-Natal Derby at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
As a result, Usuthu are placed 11th on the league standings with four points from three matches. They are three points behind log leaders Maritzburg.
Cele has opened his scoring account for AmaZulu and striker will now look to inspire his new side to victory over Arrows.
Cavin Johnson’s side will be boosted by Sadate Ouro-Akoriko’s return. The Togolese defender missed the last two league matches due to suspension.
Meanwhile, Arrows are coming off a 3-1 victory over the Bidvest Wits in a league match on Wednesday night.
Lerato Lamola, Zolani Nkombela and Nduduzo Sibiya all netted for Abafana Bes’thende at the Bidvest Stadium.
The victory took Arrows to position six on the league standings with five points from three matches. They are two points behind log leaders Maritzburg.
Clinton Larsen, the Abafana Bes’thende coach, is likely to look to Lamola, who has scored two goals in three league games this season.
