RIP Jonathan "Big John" Ndlangisa

The club has received tragic news following the passing of first team Kit Manager Jonathan ‘Big John’ Ndlangisa.

The team received the news last night while in camp. He was 47-years-old at the time of his passing.

His colleagues and family members had all been praying & visiting him privately in hospital all week in hope of his recovery from a tragic shooting which left him in a critical condition since Sunday, 08 April.

“He passed away Wednesday evening in a hospital in Durban while fighting for his life. The club will miss him dearly. Our most heartfelt condolences go out to the Ndlangisa family,” said AmaZulu General Manager Lunga Sokhela.

“He was a very dedicated member of the club and worked tirelessly at all times.”

The Memorial Service will be held this Friday, 21 April at the Moses Mabhida Stadium Presidential Business Club 1, at 3pm.

Further details regarding funeral arrangements and the likes will be communicated upon confirmation from the family.
