Ntuli: Luck is missing

AmaZulu striker Bongi Ntuli has expressed that he is happy with his performance at AmaZulu and feels that the team needs some luck to start winning matches.

Ntuli who featured for Usuthu against his two previous clubs, Golden Arrows and Mamelodi Sundowns, said he was happy to play and get more game time.

“I am happy with the way I have been performing although as a striker the aim is to always try and score goals.

“I feel that my match fitness is high which is something that I have been missing. I can feel that I am gaining my confidence, which is a positive sign for me and the club,” said Ntuli.

Going to the SuperSport United match on the weekend, Ntuli said the players are confidence and that match could be the turning point for them.

“We have what it takes to win, we have quality players and the communication amongst us as a team is great and even more as strikers. It has been proven over the past matches that we are a good team and it just a matter of luck and scoring more goals,” said Ntuli.

Coach Steve Barker added that Ntuli is one of the best strikers in the PSL and he will prove that in the months to come.

“I have confidence that Ntuli will help the club by scoring goals. It becomes difficult when you have not played competitive games for about eight months. In the next months he will show everyone why he is rated so highly,” said Barker.
