Ngxabi joins transfer-listed Moses, Mnyingwa and Ariweriyai

Litha Ngxabi who made just seven starts with ‘Usuthu’ during the 2010/11 season will not have his contract renewed for the new upcoming season.

AmaZulu will like to wish Litha well in his future endeavors. Veteran striker Nsizwa Mnyingwa whose contract expires at the end of June will also not be part of the 79 year old club in the new season.

The former Maritzburg City man made just one start and seven appearances as a sub since joining in January 2011. His most notable contribution was a crucial winning header he scored in a 1-0 against Platinum Stars in Durban.

Players that were recently transfer listed are goal keeper Thembalethu Moses and defender Pere Ariweriyai as well as defender Sboniso Gumede, midfielder Ntokozo Sikhakhane. The latter duos have joined Bidvest Wits.

New signings are Nkanyiso Cele from Als Puk Tawana, Dumisani Zwane from Amajuba United Killers and Malawian Moses Chivula from Nathi Lions.

AmaZulu’s Pre-season programme commences on 14 June.
