Former Golden Arrows midfielder Njabulo Manqana began his first training as a Brave Warrior on Monday, 7 January 2013 at the Moses Mabhida Outer Fields.
The Durban born creative midfielder, who signed a six month contract with AmaZulu, said he is ready to hit the ground running in coach Craig Rosslee’s team.
“Today’s training felt good even though it involved a lot of running since we’re returning from the holidays.
“I’m very happy for the chance to be involved with AmaZulu once again,” said Manqana.
The man from Ntuzuma also told AmaZulufc.net that despite the delay in penning his deal with Usuthu he will give his all at training in preparation for the first game of the year.
“The coach for now has based more emphasis on instilling hard work on the team which we all know will be crucial for us to come out of the bottom of the log.
“Since I’m now part of the team I have to give my best to help bring better results,” he said.
Manqana had played in the Usuthu development side as an U13 player before he joined Royal Coastal which then led to him joining for Golden Arrows. He joined Usuthu as a free agent after being released from Orlando Pirates last year.
