With preparations for Tuesday’s Absa Premiership clash against Mamelodi Sundowns gaining full steam, Craig Rosslee has the advantage of having an injury-free squad.
Usuthu have continued with their extensive training regime during the FIFA international break and also played some friendly matches against the likes of Durban City.
Nonetheless, the club’s fitness conditioning coach Burgher van de Merwe has confirmed that Craig Rosslee currently has a full squad to choose from ahead of the trip to Tshwane.
“Everyone is available for us, we have a clean bill of health at the moment and they are all good to go,” he said.
“We’ve stuck to our original training programme and tried to get the guys ready for the next important game against Sundowns.
“We’re pleased with everyone’s fitness and the players can now focus on improving other aspects of their game for the upcoming match.”
AmaZulu are currently in fifth place on the log standings with 11 points, with only goal difference separating them from second-placed Sundowns.
The match will take place at Loftus Stadium on Tuesday, October 22, with kick-off scheduled for 19h30.
