Durbanites are in for a football treat as AmaZulu host Ajax Cape Town in their opening 2014/15 Absa Premiership campaign on 10 August at the iconic home base, Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Usuthu get to witness some of Craig Rosslee and his technical team’s new recruits for the first time at home while Roger De Sa’s side also have a few new faces in their squad.
AmaZulu PR & Communications Manager, Philani Mabaso says the presence of the supporters in their numbers will be crucial for this Sunday’s clash.
“It’s going to be an exciting match without a doubt and I believe all our supporters have been dying to see us back in action at the lovely Moses Mabhida Stadium.
“Now is the time to buy tickets as on Sunday it’s all about rallying behind the boys,” said Mabaso.
The Ikamva outfit were twice beaten by Usuthu last season and will certainly want to unsettle AmaZulu on the day. The visitors finished on position 12 last season having struggled for much of their campaign, but to their credit they managed to bounce back.
The Usuthu faithful will be hoping for a good start at home and that both teams dish up some attacking and entertaining football.
Tickets for the encounter are already on sale at Computicket for R40 (males) and R20 (women & children).
There will be a host of promotions building up to the match at some Spar stores as well as roads shows. Fans can keep up to date with the latest on promotions via our Twitter (AmaZuluFootball) and Facebook accounts (AmaZulu FC).
