Experienced defender cum midfielder, Tsweu Mokoro tells AmaZulufc.net how he thinks the new look home and away AmaZulu kit is a winner despite some protests that the Adidas creation is too different.
‘Chippa’ says he and his teammates want to draw first blood when they take on Manchester United in the MTN Football Invitational match and will be more confident with a more appealing ‘look’ come 8pm kick-off tomorrow night.
“I think the feedback we’ve got from our supporters too was that they like out new look kit. I think the material is much lighter and very appealing, but I’m hoping it can also bring us some luck which can be in line with us winning things this season since it’s our 80th anniversary year,” said Mokoro.
Never too afraid to put his head on the block, the 30 year old says now as players they need to reward supporters and management who’ve stuck behind them through thick and thin.
“We must see to it that we make the most sought after jersey in the PSL since in my opinion it’s a kit fit for winners, and most people have already started buying it,” he added.
The retail price for the jersey is R445.

Njabulo Ngidi ?@NJABULON : The home jersey for @AmaZuluFootball is by far the best in the PSL. Hopefully their perfomance is as good for the suffering Durbanites.
