KZN Reserve League Update

This week’s KZN Reserve League matches saw big scored being scored at the Moses Mabhida Outer Fields on Monday, 17th October.

AmaZulufc.net spoke to the Vodacom League side coach Thami Ngubane after his side’s 5-1 drubbing against AmaZulu.

“AmaZulu played well and dominated us in the first half. When we tried to regroup in the second half it was already too late – what was evident was the fitness level between us and them.

But overall it was a good game for us considering the fact that we had about 6 – 4 players which we were testing,” said the African Wanderers coach.

Other scores:

Thanda Royal Zulu 0 - 1 Thekwini Academy

Maritzburg United 3 - 0 Durban Warriors

Westville Academy 1 - 4 Joyous FC

Umlazi Academy 3 - 0 Durban City

AmaZulu Juniors 0 - 3 Pine Town Academy

AmaZulu 5 - 1 African Wanderers
