Parker @ AmaZulu, Madida @ Udinese

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Bafana Bafana striker Bernard Parker is currently training with AmaZulu to keep fit.

The Johannesburg-born player joins 'Usuthu' from his Greek club Panserraikos F.C, for whom he transferred to on loan from Dutch side FC Twente.

The 24 year old is back in South Africa to prepare for the return leg match of their 2012 AFCON qualifier against Egypt which will be played in Cairo on, 05 June 2011.

The former Thanda Royal Zulu won the league with Twente and will be training with ‘Usuthu’ as the Greek league is currently in off-season period. View a video of Parker (below) as he performs outstanding footwork.

Meanwhile, AmaZulu Assistant coach Fani Madida left for Italy on Monday to spend a brief period with Serie A club Udinese.

In other news, midfielder Andile Khumalo who was part of the South Africa’s National u20s in the Youth African Championships will rejoin the team after Sunday following a family bereavement.
